Lisbon WaveSchool emerged from the Mag8 WaveSchool founded in 2005 at Magoito beach in Sintra. Keeping the same structure, the need arose to grow and innovate in this new school. In addition to regular classes, corporate / team building classes, vacation clinics and surf trips, there are two new projects, Good Wave and Erasmus classes.

Surf and Bodyboard Clinics: clinics are organized during the school holidays, for ages between 5 and 17 years, during Carnival, Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays. In the summer they take place on the beach of Magoito and in winter on the beach of Carcavelos.

Good Wave is a project aimed at public and private institutions, arising due to the need to invest in the prevention of deviant behavior in children and adults, giving the necessary skills for a healthy life through Surf. We have as partners the Holy House of Mercy of Lisbon, the Companion and the Salvation Army.

Promoting team building activities is a way to reinforce team spirit among all stakeholders so that their positive effects can be expanded through the synergy achieved. The main characteristic of team building activities is to be carried out outside the professional environment, not being aimed at technical activities, but rather promoting human behavior. Thus, they present several application possibilities:
- Contributing to people's self-knowledge;
- Maintaining enthusiasm and interaction;
- Promoting mutual cooperation between colleagues.
